The band FireWing released this year the acclaimed debut album Resurrection, which has received excellent critical response around the world. Now the Brazilian public will be able to check the strength of the group live, which will perform in the country alongside the Finns of Sonata Arctica, one of the most important names in the current world metal scene.

The presentations of FireWing and Sonata Arctica take place on 03/15/2023 in Porto Alegre/RS (Opinião), 03/14/2023 in Florianópolis/SC (John Bull), in addition to the presentation of the show in São Paulo/SP on 03/18/2023. Sonata Arctica brings to Brazil the 25th Anniversary Tour, which celebrates 25 years of a successful career.

Tickets are on sale at Sympla (Porto Alegre), Bilheto (Florianópolis) and Ticket360 (São Paulo).

The resounding public acclaim for Firewing’s innovative work came with more than 500,000 reproductions of the disc on digital music platforms, which proved the market potential of the group that was licensed in the country by the Autumn Music label.

FireWing’s proposal is to bring new air to symphonic metal, uniting heavy metal technique with melodic orchestrations.

The album features guest appearances by important musicians: Haydée Irizarry (Aversed, Carnivora), Bill Hudson (Northtale, Doro, Trans-Siberian Orchestra), singer Jenn Sakura, virtuoso Brazilian guitarist Luis Kalil, Raphael Dantas (Soulspell, Ego Absence ), Joe Atlan (Pentakill), Fabiano Rodrigues and Ryan Beevers (Unflesh). FireWing is formed by Airton Araujo (vocals), Chris Oliveira (drums), Rafael Lira (bass), Bruno Oliveira (guitar and orchestrations) and Caio Kehyayan (composer and guitarist).
